What is a completed Sale? |

A completed sale is any sale, whether it be by credit card, paypal, or
check via U.S. mail that goes through our shopping cart, is valid, paid
and shipped.
Although a sale might show in the shopping cart or in your affiliate
tracking, customer cards are not charged through the shopping cart.
All cards are charged off line - so if the customer card is declined,
the sale is not completed.
Of course we make all attempts to contact the customer to receive a
valid credit card. If this occurs then you will be credited for
the sale.
If an order is placed with payment as Check via U.S. Mail or Telephone
or Fax and we do not receive valid payment you will not receive credit
for the sale.
Although your affiliate sales tracking will credit you for all orders
"placed", you will only be paid for orders that have been completed. |

What is the minimum payment amount? |

The minimum payment amount is $50.00
|

When will I be paid? |
|
|
You will be paid during the month following any month where your
commission amount on completed sales accumulates to $50.00 or more.

What if my customer leaves your site and comes back the next day. |
|
|
When your customer clicks from your site to ours, a cookie is placed on
their computer. The cookie is good for 6 months (183days) from the
first visit. If your customer makes a purchase anytime within
those 6 months you are credited for the sale.

Can we offer our customers a discount coupon |
|
|
On occasion, we may offer a coupon code for you to offer your customers
to encourage increased sales. Please join our e-mail list to be
updated on any specials or new products. |

Can we use images from your website? |
|
|
You may use images from our website or banners provided in the affiliate
program to market our product. Be sure to link them with your
affiliate code in order to ensure you get credit. You may not use
any of our images without them being linked to our site.

Can I put your items on my site as mine, and then send you orders?
|
|
|
No, you must link from your site to our site. Customers must enter their
own information.
If you want to buy our products wholesale and have us drop ship for you
please e-mail us with your Federal EIN # , Business name, address, phone
number, website address and a request to purchase our products
wholesale. |

Can I refer myself?

|
No. If you join our affiliate program and use the affiliate link to buy
for your own personal gain, you will not receive your commission. It is
against the terms to self refer yourself. |

How much can I make? |

Exactly how much money you will make will depend on how many completed
sales your link generates. If your site focuses on bicycling, outdoor
family activities, pets, going green, ie: biking to work - you are an ideal
match for our affiliate program! |

live help are preferred). Please have your Affiliate ID and

accept affiliates from NY as NY State imposes sales tax due to affiliate
relationships. We only charge state sales tax in Florida. NY
businesses may either buy wholesale and resale our product or agree to
pay NY Sales/Use tax on any sale generated.
Affiliates are liable for income tax on any income generated from
commissions paid on completed sales. Affiliates are not employees
of Personalized Gifts Inc. They are merely an advertising medium
for promoting our products.
Affiliates engaging in any form of spam to promote their affiliate link
will have their account terminated immediately. Do not send e-mail to
people you do not personally know, or who have not specifically opted-in
to receiving messages from you.
